Room was good, bathroom renovated and the towels looks like new. Not bad for an unplanned stay. Neighborhood is changing in a good anyway, resurfacing the streets, improving the bus stations.

The service was good, but most of all the room was very clean. The property was well maintained. Room had a fridge, and coffee pot, iron and board. O love the sink. I will stay there again when I'm in town.

Really impressed by the amenities and layout of everything (actual hand towel and holder beside the sink). The indian man who runs the place is super kind and smiles a lot. Beautiful flooring and working a/c and heat. Lots of channels to browse (HBO, ESPN, etc.). I reserved a king smoking room and felt like a little prince for two nights :)

Soooo immaculately clean. No problems with the front desk. Incredibly comfortable pillows and bed. We arrived when it was dark, and left when it was dark, so I wasn't able to observe the true sketchiness of the 'hood. I felt safe. There was a bit of street noise, but not too bad. Better than my husband's snoring.

Owner is very meticulous and it shows. Rooms are very clean, spacious. This isn't in a great neighborhood true but you won't be walking anywhere anyway. The bus stop is directly outside the hotel and liquor store is super close.

I have to say, my expectations were low for this motel considering the relatively low cost, but I was pleasantly surprised (relieved) to check into a clean, quiet and comfortable room. The free parking is a small lot but we never saw it full. The employee who checked me in was friendly (as friendly as you can be through a glass barrier) and I was promptly buzzed into the office door (which was locked each time I went) when I rang. I would definitely stay here again.

Exquisitely clean, the proprietor takes great pride in his gem of a motel. Easy access to spare but comfortable room. He showed me rooms with clean carpets on the second flood and clean hardwood floors on the ground floor. (I chose the ground floor.) Everything worked: electric outlet near bed, WiFi, blackout curtains and upgraded sink. I was not looking for luxury, just a place to sleep. The Continental lodge was perfect. Five stars!

Location is wild but the hotel is immaculate and nicely renovated. Parking is ample. Hotelier is kind and friendly. He runs his hotel well and obviously takes pride in his work. My wife have stayed here multiple times and it is always a joy to stay here
